• Managed live asset workflows: Led real-time ingestion, metadata tagging, and high-speed delivery pipelines from capture directly to publishing teams.

• Handled high-end post-production: Executed editorial color grading, retouching, and standardization for high-volume photo assets under tight turnarounds.

• Coordinated cross-functional teams: Kept communication flowing between on-ground photographers, remote media editors, and social content managers.
